We are pleased to announce that Jörg Breitung (University of Bonn) and Roy Batchelor (City University, London) will deliver the keynote addresses. The best papers will be invited to be submitted to the Journal of Business Cycle Measurement and Analysis (the usual double blind peer review applies).
